Don Bosco, Puducherry is one of the numerous Don Bosco schools spreadout throughout the world. In Don Bosco schools the center of attention is the student. These schools have been established only for their education, that is moral, intellectual, disciplinary and physical formation.
Our schools are centres of learning. A Don Bosco school seeks to adapt its programme and curriculum to the needs of young minds in the place where the school is established.
Don Bosco schools aim at academic excellence, developing every student’s intellectual abilities to the utmost, not just simply to amass a lot of information to get a job but to lead students to self-discipline and initiative, to integrity and accuracy. This demands from the student the willingness to devote the required time for school and home study, and to avoid careless and slipshod ways of thinking.
